Yes—please discontinue use of retinol, exfoliants, or any active ingredients (like AHAs, BHAs, or acne treatments) at least 3–5 days before your facial to avoid sensitivity.

Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid a cancellation fee.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in a fee of 50% of the service total.

No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled, and a late fee may apply.
