Every appointment at Silk Co. Aesthetics is designed to be a personalized, relaxing experience with results you’ll notice. From customized facials and advanced skin treatments to lashes, brows, and waxing, each service is tailored to your unique needs, skin type, and goals. During your visit, you’ll receive expert care in a calm, refined setting, ensuring comfort, precision, and glowing results every time.

Policies

  • Appointments should be booked at least 24 hours in advance to ensure availability.

  • You can conveniently schedule your appointment online through our booking platform.

  • All appointments must be confirmed 24 hours before the scheduled time.

  • A credit card is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

Booking Policies

  • We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will be charged 50% of the service cost.

  • No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.

  • You can reschedule your appointment with at least 24 hours' notice without penalty.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • We offer a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals.

  • If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to accommodate the next client.

  • Late arrivals will be charged for the full session, even if the treatment is abbreviated.

Late Arrivals

  • Due to the nature of our services, no refunds will be issued for completed treatments.

  • We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and contactless payments. Cash is also accepted.

Refunds & Payments

  • Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your appointment to complete any necessary paperwork.

  • Avoid wearing makeup or applying skincare products to the treatment area on the day of your appointment.

  • Notify us of any medical conditions, allergies, or medications that could affect your treatment.

Pre-Appointment Requirements

  • If you are feeling unwell, please reschedule your appointment. We reserve the right to refuse service to clients exhibiting signs of illness.

  • All treatment areas are thoroughly sanitized between each client to ensure a clean and safe environment.

  • I follow strict hygiene protocols, including wearing gloves and possibly masks during treatments, to prioritize client safety.
